Product Use
All products supplied by Mangu Auto must be used strictly for their intended purpose and in accordance with standard industry practices. Customers are responsible for proper installation, handling, and usage. Any damage or failure resulting from incorrect installation, improper handling, or misuse will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Returns
Returns are considered only for unused products that are in their original condition and packaging. Return requests must be raised within a reasonable period after purchase and must be supported by valid proof of purchase.
All returned items may be inspected before approval to ensure they meet return eligibility requirements. Approval of returns is subject to management discretion.
